  • 2007 Annual Report deadline is June 30th, 2008.
  • 2007 Annual Report Form and Instructions are now ready for download
  • View the list of multi-family projects required to submit a 2007 Annual Report by July 1, 2008.
  • E-mailing your report is our preferred method of submission.  Please send your Combined Funders Annual Report to hsdar@cted.wa.gov.
  • If you are submitting a Homeownership Annual Report, please contact Rosie Hughes,  (360) 725-2975,  for your contract number or view the list of homeownership projects required to submit a 2007 Annual Report by July 1, 2008.

To download forms, right click on one of the annual report links.  When you options menu opens, select "save target as ."  This will ensure that the file is stored to your computer.  When you open the workbook link, be sure to enable the macros when prompted.  Otherwise the worksheets may not function properly.
 
Please read all instructions before submitting your Annual Report.
 
  • So that the embedded formulas in our electronic submission process work correctly, it is very important that you use 2007 reporting forms.
  • If you report to King County, obtain report forms directly from the King County website.
  • You must include the correct CTED Housing Trust Fund contract number on the first page of your report.  If you are unsure of your CTED Housing Trust Fund contract number, please contact an Asset Manager or view the list of multi-family projects required to submit a 2007 Annual Report by July 1, 2008.
  • If you are submitting a Homeownership Annual Report, contact Rosie Hughes for your contract number or view the list of Homeownership projects required to submit a 2007 Annual Report by July 1, 2008.
  • If you have more than one contract number for a project please complete a separate annual report for each contract number.  Please include information relevant only to the units associated with that contract number in the report.
  • Please make all efforts to submit your annual report electronically.  If you cannot send your annual report via e-mail, please mail hard copies of the annual report to the CTED Housing Division at the address shown below.
