The Office of Manufactured Housing’s Landlord-Tenant Ombudservice program provides problem assessment, technical assistance and referrals to manufactured housing community residents and owners so that they will have the tools available to make well-informed decisions and negotiate effectively. The program cannot provide legal assistance or resolve rental payment disputes.
