Trust Fund Loan Program
Planning Loan Program
provides assistance for the preparation of long-term Capital Facilities Plans or Comprehensive System Plans (which includes a CFP).
Pre-Construction Loan Program
helps local governments accelerate the construction of eligible public works improvements and provide more flexible financing options.
Construction Loan Program
is designed to help local governments finance critical public works projects.
Emergency Loan Program
funds public works emergencies, helping provide immediate restoration of critical public works services and facilities, due to unforeseen or unavoidable emergencies.
Drinking Water State Revolving Fund
improves drinking water systems and protect public health, and is designed for both publicly and privately owned systems. The Department of Health and The Public Works Board jointly manage the program. The fund is comprised of both federal and state funds.

Construction Loans
