We manage the Federal State Energy Program (SEP) and Oil Funds Settlement Agreements between:

  • Energy Policy Group
  • Washington State University (WSU) Cooperative Extension Energy Program
  • Washington State Department of Transportation (DOT)
  • U.S. Department of Energy
  • State Attorney General’s Office
  • U.S. District Court
