The Regional Service unit offers a framework for innovative marketing, site development and strategic  delivery services.  This strategy positively impacts business attraction, retention, and expansion projects and partnerships into the future.  The service is provided to local governmental jurisdictions and local economic development organizations.  Regional Services builds and maintains partnerships with other state and federal agencies to ensure reliable direction for local project development and appropriate technical and financial investments.

Regional Services is focused on aligning three basic goals supporting business retention, expansion and attraction activities: marketing, site development and program management.  The development activities provide is tied to other CTED units and divisions, as well as other crucial state and federal agencies, and local economic development partners.
